The Massillon Educational Loan Foundation has existed to provide financial aid to qualified high school or college students in Western Stark County who have a desire for higher education. Western Stark County includes students who reside in Massillon, Perry, Tuslaw, Fairless, Jackson and Northwest school districts and attend those schools or accredited private schools in those areas.
